Air Tricks - Air - Safety Grab

*Grind previews are left leg dominant.*

Description

Definition: A Safety Grab is one of the very basic and fundamental grabs on Aggressive Skates. It is called a Safety Grab because literally it is probably the safest grab you can do where it doesn't throw your body into a weird balancing act. As a matter of fact, a Safety Grab will stabilize you in the air and it can actually feel safer than doing just a basic air trick. To do a Safety Grab you need to bring your knees up closer to your chest and tuck your skates closer to your butt. Then you grab the soul plate with your hand on the same side of your body. The more you tuck your legs and the more you keep your skates and knees close together the nicer the trick will look.
